A big Hello from the finally snowy Utah!

The last quarter of 2011 was very rewarding for Utah.

We joined with Salt Lake City firefighters to donate money for a great cause. The Salt Lake Fire Fighters Burn Camp held every year. We are honored and excited to have joined them in their efforts to keep all safe. We were very excited to hold our Communicate with Confidence course. All the participants learned some great new skills. The class was a huge success and we look forward to holding future classes. Utah is thrilled to have a CWC winner competing at Regional this year. We thank Marilyn Hunt and Ann Green who made the class fun, educational and were great instructors.

Christmas was a great time to reflect on the year. We had a nice dinner for our past and present IPSLC group.

It was so nice to be able to see and visit with all, especially those we have missed in our organization. Holding true to the Christmas spirit of giving, IPSLC collected donations of toys, clothes, money etc. for the Head Start program here in Salt Lake City. It was great to be able to give to those who may be a little less fortunate with material things. We love being involved with our community and love to help where we can.
