happening in Region VIII including many more Associations that have met the 10% growth goal. To date the following have met

Tri Valley Insurance Professionals
There are many more that are on the cusp of obtaining the
goal as well. Please also remember to keep those monthly or quarterly newsletters positive and keep sending in the scoresheets
for the member incentive drawing. The winner for the 2nd quarter was Micheal Hawkinson with Peninsula Insurance Womens Association-
the next drawing will be at the Regional Conference in Hawaii!!
More good news- as of today, Region VIII only needs 9 more members to have growth for the 2011-2012 term. We had 141 members
non-renew and currently we have 133 new members. Now granted it is still below the 10% total for the Region that I set out
as a goal, but you have all worked so hard and succeeded in growth and I will take that any day! This Region is on such a
positive movement and members are wanting to join and be a part of the energy we are giving out.
I really hope to see many of you in Hawaii for the Regional conference- the Hawaii members have worked very
hard to make it fun, educational and the business sessions are going to be exciting as well. We have contestants from all
5 states competing in the CWC speak off- that is a first in many years. We have award winners for each & every category
and also had submissions for every single state.
It has
been such a rewarding experience being your Regional Vice President and I am very excited for the rest of the year!
